How It Keeps Food Fresh
A 15 L container only makes sense if the food at the bottom is still good weeks later. Titan keeps it that way:
- Sealed lid — keeps humidity and air out, which is what makes kibble go stale.
- Closed dispensing channel — food only meets the open air at the moment it drops into the bowl.
- Smooth interior — nothing sticks to the walls, so old kibble does not sit around mixing with fresh.
Give the container a dry wipe when you refill. Do not wash it with water unless it is completely dry before you fill it again.

If I order before 16:00, when will it arrive?
Orders placed before 16:00 on a business day leave our stock in Ghent the same day. Belgium and the Netherlands usually receive it the next business day, France and Luxembourg within two to four.
How much is shipping?
Free above €20. Below that a flat fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return it if it does not suit us?
Yes, within 30 days. Start the return yourself in our return portal — no account needed. Once approved you receive a free return label by email.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
Every product carries the statutory 2-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects. Mail info@smartpaw.be with a photo and we send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. You receive a track & trace link by email as soon as the parcel leaves our stock.
