No tools, no app required to get started. Ten minutes and you are done.

Click it together
Drop the filter pad into the pump housing, set the stainless steel plate on top and place the clear spout in the middle. Five parts, no tools.

Connect the pump
The pump clicks under the plate and its cord runs out through the side channel. Plug it into any socket - the HydroBuddy runs on mains power, so it never needs charging.

Fill with fresh water
Fill the stainless steel reservoir straight from the tap, up to 4 litres. That is enough for several days, even in a home with more than one pet.

Follow it in the app
Connect the fountain to the app and you see the water level at a glance, get a reminder when the filter or a cleaning is due, and switch between Normal, Smart and Pause - or set it to sleep at night.

How The Filters Work?
The HydroBuddy uses a triple filtration system:
- Foam: traps hair and debris.
- Activated carbon: reduces odours.
- Fine filter: keeps the water clear and fresh.
The app tracks the filter status and notifies you when it needs attention. Replace the filter set every 2 to 4 weeks for the best water quality.
