Give the parts a quick rinse, then click the pump housing, the steel plate and the spout onto the reservoir.

Soak the filter for a minute, then click it into its holder under the drinking plate. Replace it every two to three weeks.

My cat doesn't drink from a fountain straight away. What now?
Completely normal. Place the fountain next to the old bowl for the first few days. Most cats come round within a few days. Only remove the old bowl once you see your cat drinking from the fountain.

No. Plug in and go. A red light shows when the water runs low.
How often do I replace the filter?
Every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how many pets drink from it. With the 1-year pack you're covered.
Is the fountain really quiet?
