Eerlijk gezegd was ik in het begin een beetje sceptisch. Ik heb al zoveel dingen geprobeerd voor onze Labrador Max. Maar wauw, wat een verschil! De Furvac zuigt echt al het haar op tijdens het borstelen, geen pluisjes meer op mijn kleding of de bank. Ik gebruik meestal het verzorgingsopzetstuk en soms het trimopzetstuk. Max vindt het eigenlijk ontspannend, hij ligt gewoon te relaxen. Bovendien maakt het niet te veel lawaai, wat ik echt waardeer. Erg blij met mijn aankoop!
Ik heb een Golden Retriever en een lichtgrijze stoffen bank. Slechte combinatie, geloof me. Sinds het gebruik van de Furvac is er nauwelijks nog haar op onze meubels te vinden. Het beklederopzetstuk is geweldig! Trimmen gaat ook soepel, ik was bang dat het te sterk zou zijn, maar het is heel zacht. Zelfs mijn 12-jarige dochter helpt nu graag mee. Super blij met dit apparaat ik wou dat ik het eerder had gevonden.
Mijn hond is meestal bang voor machines, maar deze stoort hem niet. Ideaal voor het trimmen tussen trimbeurten door.
Ik dacht niet dat mijn hond rustig zou blijven, maar hij geniet er eigenlijk van. De haren zijn weg voordat ze de grond raken. Ik vind het geweldig.
Ik heb de automatische feeder gekocht. Wat een ervaring. Supergemakkelijk, mijn kat vindt het ook top. We zijn allebei fan. Ook bij vragen krijg je snel antwoord. Ik ben verkocht.

Where do you ship to?
We ship within Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg. If your country isn't listed, send us a message and we will see what is possible.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed on a working day leave our stock within 24 hours.
- Belgium and the Netherlands: 1–2 working days
- France and Luxembourg: 2–4 working days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders from €50. Below that, a flat fee applies depending on your country. You see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your parcel leaves our stock you get a tracking link by email.
Returns & warranty
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 30 days. The item has to be unused and in its original packaging.
Start it yourself in our return portal — no account needed and nothing to print up front. Once the return is approved you receive a free return label by email.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Every SmartPaw product carries the statutory 2-year warranty under Belgian and EU consumer law, covering manufacturing and material defects.
Consumable parts such as filters and desiccant bags wear out with use and fall outside the warranty. Something wrong? Mail info@smartpaw.be and we will make it right.

How quiet are your water fountains?
Under 23 dB. You will barely hear them running, even in a quiet bedroom at night.
How often should I replace the filter?
Every two to three weeks on average. How fast it clogs depends on how much your pet drinks and whether they come in from outside — a muddy dog gets through filters faster than an indoor cat. Refill packs sized for your model are in the shop.
How many filters does the FurVac have?
One. The HEPA filter sits underneath the dust container. Pull it out, rinse it under the tap, and let it dry completely — bone dry — before putting it back. Replace it when it stays grey after washing; how often depends on how much you use it.
What makes the FurVac different from other pet vacuums?
It is built for pet hair, not for floors. Gentle suction, anti-tangle blades, and six attachments so you can brush, clip and de-shed while the hair goes straight into the container instead of onto your couch.
