Which food can I use?
Dry kibble up to 12 mm. Wet food is not suitable for an automatic feeder.
What happens if the power goes out?
FeedMate has a battery compartment as backup, so it keeps feeding during an outage.
Which app do I need?
The free Tuya Smart app. You connect the feeder once and set the schedule there.
How do I keep the food fresh?
Keep the lid closed and place a desiccant bag in the container. Replace it regularly.
What if it does not suit my pet?
