Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Delivery times vary per region:

- France & Germany: 2–4 working days
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders above €20. Below that amount, a flat shipping fee is applied depending on your location.

Can I return a product?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes. All our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.
How quiet are your water fountains?
Very quiet — under 23 dB. You’ll barely hear them running, even at night.
How often should I replace the filters?
We recommend replacing the filters every 30 days for optimal water quality. Refill packs are available in our store.
