De Furvac was hier onmiddelijk een succes bij onze kat. Het doet zijn werk goed en we ervaren minder haren in huis. Onze kat kon ook snel wennen aan het geluid. De service is heel goed, ze antwoorden zeer snel.
Zeer tevreden over Smartpaw! De FurVac doet precies wat in de filmpjes wordt getoond, en dat is tegenwoordig lang niet altijd vanzelfsprekend. De losse haren worden tijdens het borstelen meteen opgezogen, waardoor er achteraf nauwelijks nog iets op te ruimen valt. Dat sluit perfect aan bij de werking die SmartPaw zelf beschrijft. Wij hebben twee grote honden die regelmatig een uitgebreide verzorgingsbeurt krijgen, dus het toestel wordt hier echt intensief gebruikt. Ondanks dat zware gebruik blijft de FurVac uitstekend presteren. Het bespaart ons veel tijd en zorgt voor een stuk minder hondenhaar in huis.
Ik heb de indruk dat de ondervacht… Ik heb de indruk dat de ondervacht verwijderen voor de hondjes aangenamer is dan met een gewone borstel. Ook handig dat de haren worden opgevangen.

Where do you ship to?
We ship within Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg. If your country isn't listed, send us a message and we will see what is possible.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed on a working day leave our stock within 24 hours.
- Belgium and the Netherlands: 1–2 working days
- France and Luxembourg: 2–4 working days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders above €20. Below that, a flat fee applies depending on your country. You see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your parcel leaves our stock you get a tracking link by email.
Returns & warranty
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 30 days. The item has to be unused and in its original packaging.
Start it yourself in our return portal — no account needed and nothing to print up front. Once the return is approved you receive a free return label by email.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Every SmartPaw product carries the statutory 2-year warranty under Belgian and EU consumer law, covering manufacturing and material defects.
Consumable parts such as filters and desiccant bags wear out with use and fall outside the warranty. Something wrong? Mail info@smartpaw.be and we will make it right.

How quiet are your water fountains?
Under 23 dB. You will barely hear them running, even in a quiet bedroom at night.
How often should I replace the filter?
Every two to three weeks on average. How fast it clogs depends on how much your pet drinks and whether they come in from outside — a muddy dog gets through filters faster than an indoor cat. Refill packs sized for your model are in the shop.
How many filters does the FurVac have?
One. The HEPA filter sits underneath the dust container. Pull it out, rinse it under the tap, and let it dry completely — bone dry — before putting it back. Replace it when it stays grey after washing; how often depends on how much you use it.
What makes the FurVac different from other pet vacuums?
It is built for pet hair, not for floors. Gentle suction, anti-tangle blades, and six attachments so you can brush, clip and de-shed while the hair goes straight into the container instead of onto your couch.
