At SmartPaw, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. That’s why we offer fast and free shipping to both Belgium and the Netherlands!

We currently ship to Belgium and the Netherlands. Free shipping is available on all orders above 20 euro, regardless of the amount or product.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs? None! All orders are shipped for free, no matter the size or destination.

Shipping Methods

For orders in:

  • Belgium: We partner with Bpost for reliable and fast delivery.
  • The Netherlands: We use PostNL to ensure smooth delivery.

Processing Time

If you place your order before 4:00 PM, we’ll process and ship it the same day, so you can receive your package as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time
  • Belgium: Order before 4:00 PM and your order will be delivered the next day—guaranteed.
  • The Netherlands: Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 days.

30-day return policy

At SmartPaw, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you with a simple return process.

Return Conditions
  • Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged through use, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Return a Product
  • Log in to your account by clicking the “Account” icon in the top-right corner of the menu bar.
  • Sign in using the email address you used to purchase the product.
  • Once logged in, you’ll see a list of your purchased items. Next to the product, there will be an option to “Request a Refund.”

Follow the instructions provided, and we will send you a return label to ship the product back.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are currently the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method used.
Issues with Your Order?

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible.
