Does the AquaPaw require an app to function?

No, the AquaPaw can operate without the app. When plugged into power, it runs continuously.
However, with the App, you can access smart features such as water level monitoring, motion detection, and health insights.

How often should I clean or replace the filters in the AquaPaw fountain?

It’s recommended to clean the filter every two weeks to maintain fresh, clean water. Replace the filter regularly depending on usage and water quality.

Is the fountain truly cordless? How long does the battery last?

Yes. It runs on a rechargeable battery base with optional plug-in mode. Battery life supports 7–10 days depending on usage mode.

Can the wireless pump be replaced?

Yes. The pump module is fully detachable and designed for tool-free replacement.

If I order before 16:00 — when will I receive the product?

If your order is placed before 16:00 (local time, working days), we dispatch it the same day. Delivery is usually the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but delivery times and shipping fees depend on the destination country. Please check the shipping calculator at checkout for exact costs and arrival estimates.

How can I track my order once it’s shipped?

As soon as we ship your Chromefeeder, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can monitor your parcel’s progress via the carrier’s tracking page.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What’s your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery date to return the feeder. Product must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.

What happens if the product arrives broken or stops working?

If the feeder arrives damaged or fails due to a manufacturing fault, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Can I adjust portion size and feeding times after I first set them?

Absolutely. The app allows you to edit or remove scheduled feedings, change the number of portions per day, and modify times. You can also trigger feedings manually at any time via the button on the device.

Is there any battery backup in case of a power outage?

Yes. There is a battery compartment for backup power. The feeder runs off mains power normally, but backup batteries ensure feeding functions continue temporarily if mains fails. Note: battery life depends on usage and battery quality.

Smartpaw provides good customer service and products

Smartpaw provides such a nice customer service and support.

We had initial issues to use the fountain that we bought from them, Smartpaw directly answered to our needs and helped us.

Later we couldn't find filters for the fountain, Smartpaw took action and started selling the filters upon request.
