Which version do I need?
Choose the name of your fountain: HydroBuddy or FlowMate Pro. The two pumps are different and are not interchangeable.
Is my fountain's pump broken?
Clean the pump first: limescale or hair is often what stops it. If it still does not run after cleaning, a new pump is the solution.
Do you have a lifetime motor warranty?
Yes, when you buy a fountain you can add the lifetime motor warranty. It covers the fountain from that same order.
How fast will I receive it?
Orders on working days are processed within 24 hours and shipped with DPD. In Belgium and the Netherlands delivery takes 1 to 2 working days.
