Frequently asked questions
How often should I replace the filters?
One set (1 foam + 1 carbon filter) every 2 weeks. With multiple pets, or if the water gets dirty faster, replace a bit sooner. This pack lasts about 3 months.
Why every 2 weeks?
The foam fills up with hair and the carbon slowly loses its effect. A fresh set keeps the water flowing freely and tasting fresh.
Do these fit my fountain?
These filters are made for the SmartPaw FlowMate and FlowMate Pro. They do not fit other fountains.
How fast will I receive them?
Orders on working days are processed within 24 hours and shipped with DPD. In Belgium and the Netherlands delivery takes 1 to 2 working days.
