Who we are
Just love. No hassle.
We're two young entrepreneurs from Ghent, Belgium, who started this project at the end of 2025.
Our goal: help pet owners keep the love and lose the hassle. So many pets simply don't drink enough, and that quietly leads to kidney and urinary problems. We want fresh, flowing water to be the easiest part of caring for them, never something you have to worry about.

If I order before 16:00 — when will I receive the product?
If your order is placed before 16:00 (local time, working days), we dispatch it the same day. Delivery is usually the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but delivery times and shipping fees depend on the destination country. Please check the shipping calculator at checkout for exact costs and arrival estimates.
How can I track my order once it’s shipped?
As soon as we ship your Chromefeeder, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can monitor your parcel’s progress via the carrier’s tracking page.
What’s your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery date to return the feeder. Product must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.
What happens if the product arrives broken or stops working?
If the fountain arrives damaged or fails due to a manufacturing fault, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
