What are the dimensions of the unit?
How many portions per day and how much per portion?
You can schedule up to 15 portions per day, each portion being about 6 grams. Perfect for keeping feeding routines balanced without overfeeding.
Is the WiFi required to use all functions?
WiFi is needed for scheduling, remote feeding, and app control. But your feeder will still function manually (via the button) even if WiFi is temporarily unavailable.
If I order before 16:00 — when will I receive the product?
If your order is placed before 16:00 (local time, working days), we dispatch it the same day. Delivery is usually the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but delivery times and shipping fees depend on the destination country. Please check the shipping calculator at checkout for exact costs and arrival estimates.
How can I track my order once it’s shipped?
As soon as we ship your Chromefeeder, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can monitor your parcel’s progress via the carrier’s tracking page.
What’s your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery date to return the feeder. Product must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.
What happens if the product arrives broken or stops working?
If the feeder arrives damaged or fails due to a manufacturing fault, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
What if the WiFi goes out — will feeding still happen on schedule?
Yes. The feeding schedules are stored locally in the device. Even if WiFi is lost, the scheduled feeding times will continue as set. Remote control (via app) will be unavailable until connection returns.
Can I adjust portion size and feeding times after I first set them?
Absolutely. The app allows you to edit or remove scheduled feedings, change the number of portions per day, and modify times. You can also trigger feedings manually at any time via the button on the device.
Is there any battery backup in case of a power outage?
Yes. There is a battery compartment for backup power. The feeder runs off mains power normally, but backup batteries ensure feeding functions continue temporarily if mains fails. Note: battery life depends on usage and battery quality.
